Gay McPhail first joined the Company in 2000. Gay began her career in the real estate industry in 1978 and branched out into the mortgage industry in 1990. She is a top producer at CPHL and is a Vice President, HomeLoan Manager - Private Lending. Gay specializes in serving affluent borrowers with complex financials, however she enjoys working with diverse clients with varying goals and financial situations.
Gay is a Certified Mortgage Planning Specialist (CMPS) and makes a point to continually participate in classes and seminars to keep up to date on the ever-changing market situation. Her years of experience and emphasis on continuing education demonstrate her commitment to making the mortgage process as painless as possible for her clients.
To better serve her clients' needs, Gay employs a full time Sales Assistant, Zach Lopes.
Gay is an accomplished martial artist. In her free time, she enjoys hiking, biking and canoe paddling. In fact, she has paddled the Molokai Channel 13 times! Gay is happily married and enjoys travelling with her husband. |
